The Group's wide marine activities are complemented by land reclamation, property development and construction activities undertaken through its affiliated organisation, the Montagu Group. These activities have played a major role in the rejuvenation of the Gibraltar seafront, harbour side and services infrastructure, building over 2,000 apartments in the last decade, together with over 30 hectares of land reclaimed from the sea.
